I. Machine Application:

1. Automatic hydraulic cylinder oil port welding machine is for port welding on hydraulic cylinders.

2. Cylinder range is 80mm-150 mm, cylinder length 0.5 meter-1.5 meter.

3. Japan OTC CPVE400 or Lincoln welding power source.

III. Welding Process:

Manually loading → automatically move workpiece to welding station → welding torch falls, thimble presses workpiece tightly → shielding gas supply → high voltage, slow wire feed for arc igniting → torch rotation and welding → weld the set length → torch stops → small current, low voltage for arc ending → stop supplying shielding gas → welding torch returns to origin→ automatically move workpiece to unloading place → manual unloading.
